Private workshops are designed for busy people who are looking for practical solutions to turn their daily stresses into vitality and success.

Our private workshops offer:
  • Small classes (typically 6 to 8 participants) for achieving  results similar to one-to-one courses but at a fraction of the cost
  • Combination of presentations, individual exercises, group exercises and group interaction
  • Innovative and researched approaches to stress, wellness and vitality
  • Maximum effectiveness in the shortest time

CHANGE-ABILITY:  (Mastering the Art of Turning Stress, Uncertainty and Change into Success and Vitality)  one-day workshop

Changes are inevitable facts of life. During this one-day course/workshop, as a participant you will :

  • Discover and practice new approaches to channeling your stress energy so you can break free from  "being worried" and "a change victim" and become " vital "and "a change winner". 
  • Understand, in practical terms, "how stress works":  What makes it rise as well as reduce in intensity, and how it can build up to dangerous levels over time.
  •  Learn practical methods you can readily apply to your own life to achieve your maximum levels of vitality and wellness.
  • Understand the relationship of change, uncertainty, stress, wellness and vitality.
  • Receive and complete VQ (Vitality Quotient) self-assessment tool and will discover your own primary and secondary "stresstypes", your vitality score, your own stress scores across each of your "stresstypes" and "action prescriptions" for how to manage stresses related to your individual type.
  • Draw your self-portrait of wellness and discover how to achieve your ideal self.
  • Be able to increase satisfaction and reduce stress in work-family juggling act.
  • Be able to trigger deep relaxation in a very practical way, both in high stress situations and in quiet times.
  • Participate in several individual and group exercises (You will never be asked to share information you are not comfortable sharing with others).

Maintaining Vitality  in Stressful Careers  (VSC)  half-day workshop:

A half-day course/workshop for business persons as well as super-moms and super-dads who feel stressed out. This is not a "learn how to relax" course. It is about taking steps to keep you as young, vital and healthy as you can be while taking care of your family and business. As a participant you will:

  • Understand, in practical terms, "how stress works":  What makes it rise as well as reduce in intensity, and how it can build up to dangerous levels over time.

Success in Stressful Careers  (SSC) one-and-a-half hour presentation/workshop

This is an abbreviated version of the two previous workshops, typically done during lunch hour. Because of limited available time, some prior homework is necessary. Materials will be furnished to the participants at least one week prior to the workshop date. This course is typically offered to individuals by their employer, club, society or organization as an introduction to personal stress management and enhancement of wellness and vitality.

Follow-up/Enhancement workshops (two-hour morning, lunch or afternoon sessions)

We all have a tendency to "fall off the wagon"! This highly effective group interactive workshop is designed to follow up on the individual's progress after having participated in previous workshops. The experience enhances prior learning and helps individuals stay on course to vitality and wellness. Attending follow up/enhancement courses is recommended at three to six month intervals following the initial course. Workshops are limited to a maximum of eight participants.
